  • Manage your club membership and court bookings.

  • Send service notifications (booking confirmations, membership renewals, schedule changes).

  • Contract performance: to fulfil membership and booking services you have requested.

5. Data Sharing

We use Playtomic as our court booking platform. Playtomic acts as an independent data controller for bookings made through their app, subject to their own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by law. Membership records are kept for a minimum of 5 years after termination. Marketing preferences are retained until consent is withdrawn or your account is deleted.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Article 15).

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16).

  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17).

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
