Academy: Learn at your own pace
Lessons for every level with certified coaches, from your first rally to advanced technique.
From your first rally to your best level
Every lesson is adapted to your level and to what you want to improve. The work focuses on three things: technique, strategy and performance on court.
If you're starting from scratch, you don't need anything: come in sports clothes and rent a racket at reception. If you already play, lessons help you sharpen your shots, read the doubles game better and enjoy every match more.
Three ways to train
Choose by your level, your goals and who you want to train with.
Private lessons
You and the coach. Sessions made to measure, from beginner to advanced.
Semi-private sessions
A small group, with the attention of a certified coach and the rhythm of playing with others.
Group clinics
Sessions focused on technique, strategy and performance, with players of a similar level.
How to get started
-
Tell us your level
Message us or stop by reception and tell us how much you've played and what you'd like to improve.
-
Choose a format
We suggest the lesson that fits you best: private, semi-private or a group clinic.
-
Step on court
Come in sports clothes and shoes with good grip. If you don't have a racket, rent one at reception.
Questions about lessons
I've never played padel. Can I start with a lesson?
Yes, it's the best way to start. Lessons are for every level, including people stepping onto a court for the very first time.
Do I need a partner for lessons?
No. Private lessons are one-to-one, and in semi-private sessions and clinics you train with other players.
What should I bring?
Sports clothes, shoes with good grip (padel shoes are best) and water. You can rent a racket at reception.
How do I know my level?
If you're just starting, your coach will tell you in the first lesson. On Playtomic your level is shown on your profile and adjusts as you play matches.
Shall we start?
Tell us your level and what you'd like to improve, and we'll suggest the lesson that suits you.
